InfiniRoute Networks Opens Latin America Office to Serve Carriers in Emerging Markets with Managed VoIP Peering Services

PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY - InfiniRoute Networks Inc. (www.InfiniRoute.com), the leading provider of fully managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) peering services for wireline and wireless carriers worldwide, today announced the opening of its Latin America sales office in Miami, Florida. The company, which recently moved its headquarters from San Francisco to Princeton , New Jersey , will use the Miami office to focus on the growing VoIP peering market for carriers in the Americas.
InfiniRoute also announced that it has appointed William Staffeld as vice president Americas Region, business development and sales. Staffeld brings to InfiniRoute more than 15 years of VoIP and IP network infrastructure experience. In his new role, Staffeld will manage the Miami office and will be responsible for driving new customer relationships and sales in the Latin American region.

Prior to joining InfiniRoute, Staffeld served as vice president of global sales and business development for VoIP, Inc., where he was responsible for the startup and launch of the VoIP Americas wholesale division. Previously, Staffeld was director of North American sales and enhanced network services for iBasis, Inc. He has also held senior sales and management positions for Telco, Inc., which was acquired by Teleglobe, and Trescom International, Inc., which was acquired by Primus Telecommunications.
