Shopping.com Announces the Addition of Four Independent Directors

BRISBANE, CA /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Shopping.com Ltd. (Nasdaq: SHOP), a leading online comparison shopping service, today announced it has added four new independent directors to its board since May 2004.

-- Elizabeth Cross joined the Shopping.com board of directors in December 2004. Ms. Cross co-founded Ariat International, Inc., a global
footwear and clothing brand focused on the equestrian market, and has served as its chairman and chief executive officer since its inception
in 1991.
-- Alex W. Hart joined the Shopping.com board of directors in November 2004. Since 1997, Mr. Hart has been an independent consultant to the consumer services industry, focusing on payment services and consumer finance. From 1995 to 1997, he served as chief executive officer of Advanta Corporation, a consumer lending company.
-- Lorrie Norrington joined the Shopping.com board in June 2004. Ms. Norrington has served as an officer of Intuit, Inc., a business and
financial management software company, since 2001.
-- Ann Mather joined the Shopping.com board in May 2004. Ms. Mather served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of
Pixar, a digital animation studio, from September 1999 to May 2004.
