Speakeasy Channel Program Cites Record Growth with Expansion of Revenue-Generating Opportunities for Partners

Seattle, WA — Speakeasy (www.speakeasy.net), one of the nation's largest independent providers of broadband communication services, has significantly expanded its master agent and consultant programs and initiated a series of revenue-enhancing elements for the channel sector. As a result, Speakeasy's channel participation has doubled in size in the past year and is projected to account for 40 percent of the company's revenue by the end of 2007. "Speakeasy has demonstrated great dedication to building a Master Agent program and that says a lot to us," notes Vince Bradley, President and CEO of World Telecom Group.

Speakeasy recognizes that channel partners seek quality services, reliable customer support and a variety of opportunities that can generate income in terms of commission, sales, installation and monthly administration fees. Clinic IT, a New York-based consulting firm, estimates that for every $1,000 they sell in Speakeasy voice and data services, they recognize four-to-five times that amount in implementation income stemming from preparing networks and equipment, training employees and making ongoing modifications. "Speakeasy has always displayed a higher level of technical competence than other providers. The VoIP service is reliable, and we've been very happy with the level of support and response. The price is attractive, the solution is scalable, and our clients are pleased with the feature set," says Karl Nelson, Principal, Clinic IT.

The company's VoIP certification has also received high marks. "Speakeasy's free business VoIP training is a real differentiator. Many of our agents attended this fall, and they don't do something just because you ask them to," adds Bradley of World Telecom Group. Partners also rely on Speakeasy's network and service reliability and its stellar customer support, which receives a 95 percent positive ranking by subscribers. Another Speakeasy attribute is the benefit of 1:1 assistance for partners from Dedicated Partner Sales Managers as well as Dedicated Business Account Managers for customers.

Recent additions to Speakeasy's suite of channel services include:
- VoIP Training and Certification
